Mint : Perfect without flaw, might have been worn, ready to wear (dry cleaned before shiping).
Excellent : General looking is perfect, used, might have some tiny flaw, ready to wear (dry cleaned before shipping).
Very Good : used, might have some flaws, ready to wear (dry cleaned before shipping)

In case of a refund, we will always credit the initial method of payment that was used for the transaction.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping will be done via UPS from Poupishop to anywhere in the world when the item is indicated as "XXX-IN" witch means that the item is IN our stock.
It may happen that the depositor sends the article directly to you in order to save time when you will see "XXX-OUT", for Europe only. Otherwise, the item must reach us before it can be sent to you and therefore the delivery time will be a little longer. Thank you for your patience.
Domestic shipping (Belgium) is $15
In Europe, it will cost $30 (please use the discount code UPS-EUROPE to get $10 discount).
For all other countries, a flat fee of $40 or $55 for heavier packages is requested, wherever you are in the world.
From time to time, the shipping is offered and action will be indicated.
You will receive your item from between 1-7 business days after making the complete payment depending of your country.
About the items listed
All our sales are final. The main currency of the shop is in US dollars, VAT included but you have the possibility to change currencies. We also support EUR and GBP for payments by credit card only. Paypal will therefore always be in dollars. You can change the currency on the shop at the bottom of each page.

There is no minimum payment required each week or month
Once an item has been purchased on a 'layaway' basis, and you have made a deposit(s) towards the purchase, it represents a commitment to purchase the item. If you subsequently change your mind or if you do not respect the payment of a certain sum of money each month unless agreed between us, the deposits made will not be refunded and the item will be relisted at the original price.
