A graduate of Saint Martins and the Royal Drawing School in London, Alice Shirley regularly collaborates with the city's Natural History Museum. Seduced both by the myth of Pegasus and by the untamable nature of zebras, she reinvents the legend on this scarf and takes it to southern Africa. Zeus' celestial mount brought out the spirit of the muses with a stamp of its hoof, and was turned into a constellation by the king of the gods, abandoning its habitual immaculate whiteness to adopt the striped coat of the zebras. And to perfect this unique, exotic portrait, its wings take on the shimmering colors of parrots!
