Orders are shipped worldwide via UPS.

Estimated delivery: 1–7 business days after full payment.

Shipping rates:
Belgium — $20
International — $55

Shipping costs are calculated as accurately as possible.
In case of overpayment, any excess will always be refunded after shipment.

Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.

Packaging:
All items are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

Box:
Small items may include their original packaging.
Large Hermès boxes are generally not included due to shipping constraints but may be included upon request for shipments within Europe, subject to availability.

Delivery:
UPS determines whether a signature is required based on the service selected and the parcel's declared value.

If you prefer a signature upon delivery regardless of the shipment type or declared value, please leave a note during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If delivery is not possible, UPS may redirect the parcel to a nearby UPS Access Point for secure pickup.

Tracking:
Tracking details are provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

We recommend monitoring your tracking regularly.

If your parcel is delivered to a UPS Access Point, you will be notified when it is ready for pickup.
Uncollected parcels may be returned to us.

Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
Poupishop may cover these costs at its discretion to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
