Built for the 1900 World's Fair in Paris, the Grand Palais hosted equestrian competitions beneath its magnificent glass dome until 1957. Hermes revived this tradition with the first Saut Hermes at the Grand Palais in 2010, and continues to invite the world’s show-jumping elite to this annual event which was given 5-star status, the International Federation for Equestrian Sports' highest classification.
